Storage & Serving

  • Fresh meat mooncake & mung bean pastry: refrigerate, consume within 3 days

  • Custard lava mooncake: store frozen; thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Best enjoyed within 2 days.

  • Reheating tip: if pastry softens, bake at 160°C fan oven for 10 minutes to restore crispiness.
